Answer: In order to see the progress of your order, make sure you check the tracking system, separate email containing the invoice and a track & trace code. In case you notice unusual statuses in the tracking system, you have to report them as soon as possible and contact us.


Note: You can check your order in the USPS as our standard shipping carrier.


Delay caused by customs: We apologize for the customs delay, but we have no control over this situation. Usually our customer waits for the customs to release their shipment. Often, shipments are held up in customs to check that the contents of the package and the value of the goods were declared accurately.
